HR Studio was founded out of frustration, with corporate HR that had lost its human touch, and recruiters who claimed to understand client needs without ever stepping into their world.

After years of working as an HR Manager in the corporate space, our founder and CEO became increasingly disillusioned with how HR professionals were reduced to glorified admin, disconnected from business reality and out of touch with people. Recruiters would offer “the perfect candidate” without understanding the company culture, the office setup, or even the demographics of the team.

As a hands-on leader with a bias for action, this disconnect didn’t sit right with her. She believed HR could, and should, be something more meaningful. Something real.

That’s when HR Studio was born.

Today, HR Studio is a proudly women-led consultancy that’s anything but traditional. We’re strategic, people-first, and unapologetically bold in the way we do HR.

CEO & Founder

Stacy founded HR Studio in 2015 to help SMEs navigate complex HR challenges with tailored, people-first strategies. With 15+ years of leadership in HR, she’s known for building strong teams and creating cultures where employees thrive.

Reitumetse “Tumi” Nkwane

Head HR Partner

Tumi brings over 10 years of HR and industrial relations experience across Finance, IT, and Hospitality. She’s passionate about empowering women, building inclusive cultures, and driving meaningful workplace change.

Her Motto: “A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle.” – James Keller.

Reabetswe “Rea” Moeletsi

Senior Recruitment Partner

Rea started with HR Studio in 2022 and quickly stood out as a dedicated, people-first recruiter. With a background in Industrial Psychology, she’s committed to helping businesses find and grow top talent.
