What is the HR Studio Consultant Network?
The HR Studio Consultant Network is a curated panel of experienced, independent HR professionals who partner with us to deliver services to our clients.
It’s not a traditional employment model. We build trusted relationships with consultants in advance so that when client needs arise, we can quickly match them with the right expertise. Being part of the network means you may be invited to collaborate on client work, depending on your experience, availability, and fit.
How do I apply?
To apply, follow these steps:

– We assess whether we require additional capacity in your area of specialisation
– We review your application against our admission criteria
– If aligned, we’ll arrange a meeting with you
– We conduct thorough reference checks
– If successful, you’ll be welcomed onto the panel.

When will I hear back after applying?
We review all applications and will contact you if your profile aligns with current or upcoming needs. If not, we may keep your details on file for future consideration.
Joining the network does not guarantee immediate work. Timelines vary, and opportunities may take time to materialise.
Is this a vacancy for an HR Consultant position?
No, this is not a full-time or permanent vacancy. Joining the Consultant Network is not the same as applying for a job. We connect with independent consultants who may be engaged on a project or interim basis, depending on client demand

No, selection is not guaranteed.
Each application is assessed based on our current client needs and internal criteria.
This includes relevant HR expertise, strong consulting experience, professionalism, independence, availability, and alignment with our values.
Due to fluctuating demand and limited capacity, not all applicants will be accepted.
What type of work might I be considered for?
Work may include strategic or operational HR projects, interim support, change initiatives, or other client-specific engagements.
Each assignment is assessed individually, and consultants are selected based on fit, availability, and expertise.
Is there a deadline to apply?
No. We accept applications on a rolling basis. However, reviews typically take place in July and December, or sooner if specific needs arise.
